İSTANBUL - Green Left Party Co-Spokesperson Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar, who celebrated with the people in Istanbul, evaluated the isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan as a massacre of law and said: "We think that everyone living in this country should see the big picture in isolation."

 

Greens and Left Future Party (Green Left Party) Co-Spokesperson Çiğdem Kılıçgün Uçar participated in the festival organized by her party and the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul Provincial Organization on the occasion of Eid al-Adha at the provincial buildings. Relatives of those who lost their lives in the struggle for democracy and freedom, party leaders and citizens attended the celebration.

 

ISOLATION OF ÖCALAN

 

Referring to the arrest of journalist Merdan Yanardağ for criticizing the aggravated isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, Uçar said: "Yanardağ's arrest is an example of lawlessness in the country, but the most important thing for us is the lawlessness that Mr. Öcalan has experienced, which is a massacre of law. Therefore, we think that everyone living in this country, not just the Kurds, should see the big picture in isolation. As long as we do not deal with this massacre of law, today Merdan Yanardağ and tomorrow other people will continue to experience this unlawfulness."

 

'WE WILL FIGHT BETTER'

 

Uçar underlined that the government has an attitude of hatred towards the Kurds and the values of the Kurds and that this situation continues during the feast of sacrifice period and stated that they will fight stronger against the government in the new period.
