ANKARA - Bringing the arrests of the journalists exposing that the two men were thrown out of a helicopter by the soldiers to the parliamentary agenda, HDP Şırnak MP Hüseyin Kaçmaz asked if those who should stand trial for this is the journalists or the soldiers who threw the two men out of the helicopter.
Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Şırnak MP Hüseyin Kaçmaz, brought the arrests of Mesopotamia Agency reporters Adnan Bilen and Cemil Uğur, Jinnews reporter Şehriban Abi and journalist Nazan Sala to the parliamentary agenda.
Kaçmaz asked the following question for Minister of Justice Abdulhamit Gül to answer:
* On what grounds were journalists Adnan Bilen, Cemil Uğur, Şehriban Abi and Nazan Sala arrested?
*We these journalists arrested because of the news they uncovered about Osman Şiban and Servet Turgut?
*Is it true that Şehriban Abi and Nazan Sala were put in a corridor where male prisoners are held in Van Type T Prison? If this is true, why were they put in a corridor where male prisoners are held?
*Were these journalists targeted because the perpetrators are law enforcement officers?
*Are those who need to stand trial in a democratic country the journalists or the people who threw 2 citizens out of a helicopter?
