Resistance against trustee in Xelfetî continues

RIHA - The resistance against the usurpation of will continues on its 11th day in Xelfetî.
 
The resistance vigil against the usurpation of will in Xelfetî (Halfeti) district of Riha (Urfa) continues on its 11th day. In the early hours of the morning, citizens started to gather in front of the blockaded municipality building. A banner reading “Democracy, not trusteeship” was hung in the area where the vigil continues. In addition to Xelfetî Municipality Co-Mayors Saniye Bayram and Mehmet Karayılan, many people continue to support the vigil with support visits from different districts.
 
Citizens from Pirsûs (Suruç) and Wêranşar (Viranşehir) also took part in the resistance. 
 
The protest in front of the municipality continues.
