URFA- Continuing the sit-in in front of the Urfa Courthouse, the Şenyaşar family shared the following message: "Our faith and humanity command us not to remain silent against injustice and oppression."
The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 618. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Pirsûs (Suruç) province of Riha, on June 14, 2018. Emine and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who came to the courthouse, continue their sit-in despite the rain.
'WE WILL NOT LEAVE FROM THE COURT'
Addressing the ruling party and the Ministry of Justice, Şenyaşar said: "Everyone has an office, but they do nothing for Emine Şenyaşar. Emine Şenyaşar wanted only 'Justice' in front of the courthouse for two years. Emine Şenyaşar wants to release her son. We will not give up to serve justice."
